Incasòl responds to the demand for more land in Lleida

Incasòl and the Ayuntamiento de Bell-lloc d'Urgell presented the gig in Mig Vinyes, in front of the sector of Ponent, which will provide new land for economic activities in the Pla d'Urgell. The event was attended by the Deputy Director of Incasòl, Lluís Berenguer; the Mayor of Bell-lloc d'Urgell, Ramon Cònsola; and the President of the Council District of the Pla d'Urgell, Joan Reñé, got to know the details of the sector and marketing requirements.
Incasòl has already begun the process of commercialization of 58.6 hectares of land in the Mig Vinyes sector. The new business space has 189.213 square meters of land, divided into 30 parcels between 800 and 18,000 square meters. Mig Vinyes has a good connection with the main networks of communication and with neighbouring towns such as Lleida and Mollerussa, two of the main economic centres of the province. It is located approximately 13 kilometres from the city of Lleida, the station of the train of high speed with Alguaire airport, and 140 km from Barcelona and its metropolitan region.
It's a location well connected to the network of mobility which has to ensure the quality of services and the proper functioning of enterprises. The municipality has become a point of liaison with the A-2, linking Barcelona and Lleida, and the railway axis Barcelona-Zaragoza. And in addition it should be noted its proximity with the access of the AP-2, the Zaragoza-Mediterráneo highway.
Incasòl responds with this new space to the growing demand of business floor in the area, fruit of the development of the territory of Lleida, and powered by the arrival of the TAV and the recent opening of the Lleida-Alguaire airport, it will reinforce the strong agri-food sector in the regions of the Catalan West.
Lleida in the spotlight
Mig Vinyes is part of the network of industrial sectors and economic activities that Incasòl promotes along the motorway A-2 from Cervera to Lleida City. The Catalan Institute of soil also currently sells the plots of the sectors Tower d'Agramunt, in the comarca d'Urgell; the Tossalet Roig in Alcarras, in the comarca of the Segrià; Campllong III of Balaguer, a comarca of the Noguera; Garrigues Avenue, the northern extension and the rental of the buildings of the former company Lear of Cervera, in the comarca of the Segarra.
20,5 M for the Berguedà
The Catalan Institute of soil presented new sector of Rocarodona-Olvan economic activities within the framework of the 'Fira of Maig', local fair held in Berga (Barcelona) during the weekend of 1 and 2 May.
The new sector of Olvan has an approximate total area of 53 acres, with potential to reach the 100 hectares. With this performance, the Government promotes the creation of an area of abasto district of public initiative that will bring soil at competitive prices and promote industrial growth in the comarca of the Berguedà and its area of influence, with a total investment estimated at 20.5 million euros. The new sector has a potential capacity of about 1,500 jobs. The urban development consortium that develops this is integrated to 50% for Incasòl and the Town Hall.
The action responds to the need to promote and implement a new sector of economic and industrial activity to the comarca of the Berguedà. The aim is to meet the potential demand for building land for these uses in the area and solve the lack of supply in the region as a whole.
The grounds are located in a strategic location, close to the exit of the E9 European axis of communication between Barcelona and Toulouse, Gironella North of the Eix del Llobregat (C-16), and at the foot of the new connection to the local road Vic-Gironella (C-154).
The new estate will provide approximately 280,000 square meters of land for industrial and economic activities with 180.412 square metres of roof aren't, and 250.510 square metres will be allocated to land for public use (roads, open space and equipment).
