Industrial and technological ground in Castile and León, Spain

Tierra de Arévalo industrial park is located Northwest of the town of Arévalo (Ávila), which is approximately 500 metres. The presentation was focused as an eminently practical day, where became known, in addition to the characteristics of the polygon (fragmentation, services and infrastructure), the established procedures to qualify for the acquisition of a plot, (prices, payment facilities and requirements), and detailed information on aid and incentives for the installation of a company in this area. The business park of Aguilar de Campoo has a total area of 271.000 square meters of whom 152,000 square meters distributed in 92 plots (representing 56% of the total) are intended for the settlement of industrial companies, 27,000 meters are intended for private public facilities and the same land for parkland.

Sector II of the industrial estate of Aguilar de Campoo is located at the foot of the roads Palencia-Santander and Aguilar de Campoo-Burgos and adjacent to the current polygon. Access to the polygon is determined from the N-611 road, through a bridge built specifically for urbanization. It also has easy access from the new dual carriageways (Aguilar - Burgos and Palencia - Santander).

The plains of San Isidro industrial estate is located in the town of Dueñas, against the Trappist monastery of San Isidro of Dueñas, located in the North-East of the aforementioned municipality area and at the foot of the Autovía de Castilla. It is located 19 kilometers from Palencia, Valladolid 32, 40 kilometres from the airport of Villanubla and 1 kilometre from the railway station, Venta de Baños.

The total area of Llanos is 1.056.699 square meters, 655.456 of which are intended for industrial land. In total the polygon has 124 plots. The public area of equipment has 54.311 square meters and private with 53.983. For basic infrastructures are used 16.286 square meters, 108.240 for green areas and 168.423 to the road network.

In electrical installations, the polygon is equipped with underground infrastructure for the supply of electricity on medium or low voltage. It also has underground conduits for telephone lines and underground Canalization of natural gas, supplied to high pressure.

Magaz de Pisuerga industrial park is located at the foot of the road Palencia - Magaz, which links the city of Palencia with the N-620 (Valladolid-Irún), 500 metres from the city centre of the town and 7 kilometers from the capital Palencia. It shares borders with the road Palencia - Magaz in an approximate length of 1,800 metres and with the old way of Palencia to Magaz.

Of its total area of 837.546 square meters (130 plots), 495.580 are intended for industrial land, 41.441 for public facilities area and 48.455 for private, 85.969 square meters for green areas and 159.628 to the road network.

It has a unique network and includes ETAP and a common repository for the two sectors. The sewage network is separativa, with fecal with WWTP network and network of rain. There is also a substation within the polygon. You are running high and low voltage lines. It also has underground conduits for telephone lines and underground Canalization of natural gas, supplied to high pressure.

In the town of Venta de Baños, the polygon Venta de Baños, which is developing the second phase is located 8 kilometers from Palencia and Valladolid 36. The industrial park is accessed from the Autovía de Castilla (A-6), although there is an alternative access through the provincial road Calabazanos - Esguevillas. The area of performance of this second phase is 209.509 square meters (55 plots). Of these, 127.473,15 are intended for industrial land, 2.028,05 to commercial equipment, to social and public facilities, 4.456,80, 21.843,90 square meters to green zones and 27.325,75 to the road network, with 26.381,35 for condition of railway.

The polygon features network to supply, irrigation network and network against fires. For its part, the sewer network is separativa, for faecal with WWTP, and rainfall. Paredes de Nava industrial park is located on the road Palencia CL-613 Sahagún, at the entrance to the urban quarter of the population of the same name, thus making its natural access from the road itself, CL-613. It is located 22 kilometers from Palencia, 40 of Sahagún, 80 of the airport of Villanubla (Valladolid) and 1 km from the railway station.

It boasts network of drinking water to ensure the necessary pressure and supply 24 hours a day. You have only to water supply and irrigation network. The network of sewers is unitary. High and low voltage electric power is supplied. It also has underground conduits to the telephone network.

The only phase of the estate has an area of 88.114,57 square metres (70 plots), of which, 51.982,48 are intended for industrial land, 4.174,56 to public facilities and private 4.027,09. For its part, the green zone has an area of 9.051,74 square metres and the 18.878,70 roads.

The industrial estate of Espinosa de los Monteros is located in the municipality of the same name, at the junction between the roads of Bilbao and the cruise of Montija, 100 kilometers from Burgos and 75 of Bilbao.

It is built in a single phase of 126.209,05 square meters and 61 plots. For industrial land is devoted 67.936,18 square meters. The area of equipment is divided into 6.353,28 square meters for public purposes and for private 6.353,72. Green zones will have 12.659,75 m2 and the road network and parking facilities with 31.451,35. For its part, the area of infrastructure will have an area of 1.454,77 square metres.

The available water for irrigation and supply network and sewerage system for the sewage through municipal WWTP. It also has network of sewage for rainwater evacuation. The polygon is equipped with underground infrastructure for the supply of electricity on medium or low voltage and underground conduits for telephone lines.

The industrial estate Hirtius activities is located in the municipality of Miranda de Ebro, along with Hirtius, limiting to the North along the right bank of the Ebro river, at the height of its confluence with the Zadorra river, and South by the payment of 'La Dehesa'. Next to the access of the A-68, has, through the industrial estate of berries, with the n-I, link with the C-122 and direct link via a new bridge with the C-124. It also has communication with the Miranda-Zaragoza rail line.

The 2.496.830,68 square metres of surface disposal Hirtius, 398.094,55 are used for Logistics Park, 182.827,13 Technology Park and 88.981,49 to commercial and social facilities.
