MONTBLANC gives green light to the future intermodal Center

This intermodal Center has a strategic location, with access to the motorway AP-2, the future motorway A-27 (Tarragona-Montblanc-Lleida) and autovia C-14 (Reus-Montblanc-Tàrrega). Also expected to have a railway goods terminal connected to the line between Barcelona and Tarragona with Zaragoza and Madrid.
The future terminal will be designed with a length of 750 meters, according to the usual dimension of trains throughout the whole of Europe. Thus, the particularities of the design of the new terminal, will contribute significantly to improve connections by rail with the rest of European countries of undertakings established in the territory.
Awarded works and the exploitation of the CISG the Camp service station
Cimalsa has also awarded the works and the exploitation of the gas station and CIM El Camp Services, the company LLull 80, S.L. The service station will be located at the foot of the A-7 motorway, at the entrance of the CIM, with direct access to both directions of the fly and on a plot of 7,800 square metres of land. Expected construction to start in 2010 and the beginning of the activity is expected in early 2011. The investment will be around 2 million euros.
The petrol station will have two different fuel supply areas, one for passenger cars with eight points from provision of fuel and a second area for commercial vehicles with four points. As a whole will ensure a supply of about 120,000 liters per week. In addition, the installation will be planned for the supply of alternative fuels such as ethanol, gas and connection for electric vehicles.
This area will have a central building of 800 square meters built, of which 200 will be used for commercial uses and 600 square meters dedicated to café and restaurant with a wide parking area of 1,200 square meters for 60 seats, boxes, train wash for cars and heavy vehicles wash.
