December 2, 2008
It is expected that the works of urbanization, which were awarded to Rubau Tarrés, S.A., with a budget of EUR 2.73 million award, completed about here a year, during the third quarter of 2009. Today has been the demolition of the existing buildings, they have become a considerable part of the movements of land needed for the urbanization of the sector and has begun to build the system of sewers.
Thinking about the big and small isolated industry
The Guardiola sector is located in the Valley of Ridaura, between the plain of Dalt and Baix. So they fall to the South the new road of ring road that extends from the Avenue of Europe and the road to the hostel of the Corda; to the West, the new access to the junction of the roads A-26, C-37 and C-26; to the North, la riera de Valldaura, 80 metres and to the East, the municipal stadium.
Of the total of the 10,62 hectares, 45 per cent will be allocated to economic activities, and 55 percent free spaces, roads and equipment. The Guardiola will host large and small, isolated industry medians and the tertiary sector.
The project of the Consortium provides a residential area of the sector very respectful with the environment and reserve as urban park grounds that save the gap between the plain of Dalt and the Baix, which will integrate the new Park of the Bosser-more of Xenàs-Riera of Ridaura, with a total area of 4.5 hectares. This Park will have a surface area of 1 hectare within the sector of La Guardiola, will be lengthened and, in addition to fulfilling the role of providing a visual break of continuity of building areas, on each side and at different levels of the otherIt will serve as a corridor between the more central part of the urban park of the Bosser and the Park of the Ridaura Riera. In addition they used 8.732 square meters for school, sports and cultural facilities.
'Programme of the soil'
The sector of La Guardiola is part of the programme of ground running departments of Política Territorial i Obres Públiques, on the one hand, and of Medi Ambient i Habitatge, on the other, through the Catalan Institute of the soil. This is a powerful plan of activation of the residential land and economic activities to influence effectively in the economic and social development of Catalonia, and to give settlements proposed territorial coherence. It is priority to meet the demand for land for economic activities to enhance the competitiveness of the country and modular offering, in such a way that contributes to its territorial balance. The 'agenda for the soil' provides for the incorporation of 3,600 new hectares of land for economic activities, with the ability to create 185,000 jobs. This development is carried out by strengthening the concentration of economic activity, while avoiding the dispersion of sectors of small dimensions which together cause a great expense of free soil and pose more sustainable accessibility problems.
Incasòl seeks to develop areas that have a supramunicipal territorial scope and others that balances economic activity in the territory. It's quality sectors, designed to allow the evolution of the use in time, adapted to the basic requirements of water and energy services and new technologies of communication, well signposted and releases, of easy accesssustainable, adapted to the landscape, environment-friendly and equipped with public services.
