Latest tenders of the Consellería of Vivienda and Solo of Galicia

Both the public contest of the notice of Acevedo and Penapurreira include the drafting of the topographic, plot and geotechnical studies and environmental sustainability report. Innovation and industry, Fernando Blanco, and Vivienda and Solo, Teresa Táboas, advisers assigned last April of this year an agreement which establishes a framework for cooperation between both departments in the development of two extensions of the industrial land. Actions fall within the 'Plan of 2006-2012 coal', through which is intended to mitigate the impact of the loss of jobs in mining the coal sector, with the creation of infrastructures, support to business projects or the creation of alternative employment. The main objective is the development of económico-industriales activities in the areas affected by the termination of the activity mining, while seeking solutions to ensure a output non-traumatic for the workers concerned, avoid the depopulation and improves the quality of life of its inhabitants. The first priority of both consellerías is to promote the industrial development of the mining areas, as well as their infrastructure, that are considered of special interest to implement actions such as the recruitment of new business projects capable of creating alternative employment in mining areasaccompanied by a policy planning and creation of industrial land for possible settlement of these projects. Both extensions are part of a set of investments carried out between the Department of innovation and industry and the Ministry of industry and which sum of € 41 million, of which 9 million will be delivered by the Galician Government.
Business Park of Acevedo
The Consellería of Vivienda and Solo of Galicia has invested € 400,000 the drafting of the plan of classification and the urbanization project for the expansion of the business park of Acevedo in Cerceda. The expansion of the Park will provide it 500,000 square meters more.
The business park of Acevedo in Cerceda currently has a total area of 90.808 square meters, of which 65.540 square metres are business surface distributed in 17 plots.
Penapurreira Business Park
The Ministry auctioned for 1.069.100 euros the drafting of the plan of classification and the urbanization project for the expansion of the business park of Penapurreira in the Concello das Pontes. The expansion of this park will have 1 million square meters more.
This Business Park currently has a total area of 822.000 square meters developed in three phases: A phase of 389.000 square meters; phase B of 145,000 square meters; phase C with 288,000 square metres. Services available include the new installation power of 20 kW double circuit with source in substation of only and final in the own Park, in addition to natural gas.
Urbanization and electrification of the business park of Pacios-Baamonde
The Consellería de Vivienda and only awarded for a total of 15.122.628 euros works of urbanization and electrification of the business park of Pacios-Baamonde in the Ayuntamiento of Begonte, as well as the direction of the work. This Park has a total area of 1.062.151 square meters.
The investment for the works of urbanization and electrification amounts to 14.817.269 euros and the resulting awarded in open competition, was the joint venture formed by Aldesa, Atlantic's construction and Antalsis, will have a period of 19 months to commence such works. On the other hand, the construction management awarded 305.359 euros to the joint venture formed by Otea plans and projects and studies Inimatec.
At this time, the Department is finalizing the process of acquisition of land required for the development of this park through a case of expropriation. The forecast is for the works of urbanization to start the second half of this year. This business park will have a total area of 1.062.151 square meters of which 652.415 are business use, 72.889 square meters of commercial, social and sports, use 147.890 square meters for green zone and the rest for roadsinfrastructure, services and parking. There will be a total 44 plots of large size, of which 40 are for industrial use intended for the installation of logistics operators dedicated to the movement of goods. Of these 40 parcels, 18 will have between 5,000 and 12,000 square meters, 20 plots with a surface between 12,000 and 30,000 square meters, 1 plot of 66.263 square metres and 1 plot of 90.990 square meters.
The future business park of Pacios-Baamonde is integrated not programme 'Galicia sum', which is a strategic project of logistics platform that will allow installation of large companies, with the consequent economic development and creation of jobs.
