The Zal is intended to be used in conjunction as logistics center of industrialists and distributors by the relationship they have with the sector transport by the complementary services to different users.
Located in full heart of Alicante, it is designed to facilitate to the maximum modulation and expansion of logistics platforms, between 5,000 and 30,000 square meters, with broad roads of access and the latest technology and telecommunications, as well as services and spacious parkland area. In this regard, it will have telecommunications services through its telematics network. It offers also the comprehensive maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, with real estate options.
The Zal of Alicante is located in an environment of significant logistical activity, with national and international operators and a logistic axis in expansion, along with multi-purpose wharves and container terminal.
Designed with high levels of safety and security, it is a space equipped according to the last criteria in constructive terms and services. In addition, there will be an intelligent building inside the logistics campus.

In this sense, will be a center of consolidation, fractionation and storage of loads, a Logistics Centre for storage and distribution, a center of recruitment of loads and a centre of international transport (with customs, free trade zone, etc.).
