CB Richard Ellis has been held in Valencia its European meeting on industrial and logistics real estate market

CB Richard Ellis, specializing in consulting and real estate services at the international level, has held an international meeting to discuss the situation of the logistic and industrial estate in Europe. The event took place in Valencia last days 29 and 30 May.

In addition to the teams of Industrial of cb Richard ellis in the region of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), directed by Guy Frampton, the meeting was the participation of three major multinational logistics promotion, such as PrologisIndustrial First, DHL and AMB.

For CBRE, prospects for this year in this sector are closely linked to consumption behavior and the evolution of the raw materials. Considering the current restrictive trend of consumption and the growth of the price of oil it is likely that during 2008 the growth of the sector is lower than in the past few years. The efficiency of distribution can be a decisive factor in facing a less dynamic market. For this reason, in the opinion of Basil González, "the search for the value added for the maintenance of the profitability of the business, can pass both the incorporation of new technologies and a strategy of location"
