The CZFB centres his activity of 2013 in the gestión of the industrial polygon of the Frank Zone

The plenario —that has representatives of the government of Spain and of the city council of Barcelona and of business entities—, has been informed that the accounts of the Consorci of the 2012 will have to provisionar, by a sentence of the TSJC, a compensation of 14 million euros for the owners of a finca of the Frank Zone that was expropiada for enclosure aduanero and that at present has an industrial use.
The executive president of the entity, the delegate of the State in the CZFB, Jordi Cornet, informed that the Consorci foresees this 2013 centre prioritariamente in the gestión of the business of the industrial floor of the polygon of the Frank Zone of Barcelona, more than in the business of promotion of buildings of offices, and has reiterated that in the 2013 will follow the way of adjust of cost initiated the year 2012. In this sense, has put of relief that the budget of the 2013 is “adjusted and realistic, adjusting the entity to the reality of an income and costs that descend”.
The Consorci has seen to diminish the game of costs of personnel in 20% by the exit of the company of 28 employees, by the reduction salarial applied to the managerial team —between a 30 and 5%— and by the freezing salarial sustained in this company, that in the last 5 years has reduced his staff in 25%, until remaining in the current 121 employees.
Gives the circumstance that the committee plenario celebrated today has supposed the incorporation to the plenario of the entity of the president of Pimec Josep González, with what expands the presence of business observers in the breast of the organism that manages the Frank Zone.
