The hybrid spark plug has been developed for engines that, due to its structure, have strong tendency to accumulate deposits of charcoal.
It combines the features of platinum spark plugs and spark plug semisuperficial download. It has a "normal" ground electrode and two smaller lateral mass electrodes.
The Platinum Center electrode keeps the tension of power at a level low and guarantees an optimal distribution of the flame front. Thanks to the resistance of Platinum, the distance between electrodes remains practically constant throughout his life.
For his part, semisuperficial discharge technology guarantees optimum starting cold with charcoal, as well as the Elimination of deposits even below the self-cleaning temperature.
