Pallet management service: to assess and manage the budget for pallets
Efficient pallet management has always been a complex and difficult process because of the long series of tasks involved in it.
LPR provides an effective outsourced solution that simplifies the evaluation and management of the budget of pallets to customers.
LPR is a reliable partner, with kits which provide solutions to optimize the management of pallets. LPR clients are regularly informed through status reports which contain all of the detail activity (tickets and expeditions) and the times of immobilization. Being informed immediately in the event of any malfunction.
The billing system is also simplified. A basic invoice consists simply of the number of received pallts multiplied by the rental rate. Any extra service will be invoiced following prior agreement with the client.
Finally, LPR and clients jointly audited the accounts of pallets on a regular basis, through two annual physical inventories.
