Scraper of precision: for recubrir on air or cylinder
The scraper of precision IC-801 of Icomatex for recubrir on air or cylinder composes of blade of precision and guides of vertical and longitudinal trip, by means of boxes reductoras. The blade is cromada and rectified, mounted on a support adapted to the extremes to two boxes of cojinetes.
The quantity of product deposited is regulable by means of the vertical trip of the blade.
The longitudinal trip allows to work with the blade on cylinder or to the air. At the same time it is possible to correct the defects of parallelism and thickness between the blade and the cylinder.
The blade has a mechanism of inclination for special works or to allow the step of sewings.
With the mechanism of vertical trip there is installed a regulation of the quantity of product by means of two comparators of precision micrométrica that indicate the quantity of product deposited.
The limiters lateral, to avoid the dripping of product, are mounted on zip, with piñones and adaptable steering wheels to the different widths of work in both sides.
It has of electrical and electronic control complete for all the operation.
