Matinsa Has developed two versions of machines to dye Movijet: the atmospheric and the one of high temperature.

The atmospheric is a machine for the process of dyeing to some next temperatures to the boiling-point, whereas the one of high temperature is a machine to operate until a temperature of 140 °C and with pressesure of work of 3 at.

With each one of these versions obtains an economic dyeing without prejudicing the quality of the fabric treated, with easy maintenance and installation and reduction of the hand of work.

With the Movijet obtains an increase of the performance by means of the reduction of the times of the process of dyeing. It achieves hygiene of an optimum quality with a high degree of reproducibility and diminish the costs of production by means of the reduction of the consumptions of auxiliary products, water, steam and power.

The Movijet is conceived like machine of dyeing jet-overflow, adapted for the treatment in humid of all type of fabrics of point (mesh), knitted of curl (towels) and to the flat (calada) delicate. They build to base of stainless steel, AISI 316, and with some standards of manufactura high that ensure a good operation and operational hygiene.

The body of the machine is built in cylindrical base. The mouth of load/downloads finds situated to 150 cm of the level of the floor. The tourniquet of drag of the fabric can be accionado hidráulicamente or electrically. His speed can adjust by means of a regulator until 500 m/min.

The jet-overflow, regulable, effects the driving of the fabric by flotation; it avoids entirely the learning of pilling and the deformation of the mesh of the fabric of point.

The Movijet supplies with 1, 2, 3 or 4 compartments, each one of them of 150 minimum kg guaranteeed. Each compartment goes instrumented with a tourniquet of drag independent. According to the length of the ropes, each tourniquet of drag can turn to distinct speed.
