The technology of dyed Noseda HPF is designed for the treatment of fabrics of high density and/or to increase the capacity of load in an alone plegador, also of 100%. With this technology increases the dimension of the games that can treat with an alone plegador, increases the quality, improves the conservation of the material, reduces the time of procedure, the costs of production and the times of delivery of material.
The automatic control of the capacity and of the differential pressesure allow: constant control of the hydraulics parameters, control of the modifications of the plegador of dyed during the manufacturing, adaptation of the capacity/differential pressesure when changing the characteristics of the material treated, increase of the flexibility and reliability of the process and possibility of manufacturings with high variation of the density during the cycle for example in the descorticado and dyed of fabrics of polyester.
