Machine gofradora: for special effects
The machine Icostamp, of Icomatex, is a gofradora on synthetic fabrics, to realise special effects. The gofrado realises by transfer of the drawings recorded on a cylinder calefaccionado, by means of electrical resistances of 2,5 kW each one, installed in his interior. To regulate the temperature has an electronic thermostat with which prefixes the suitable temperature.
The cylinder grabador presiona by means of pistones pneumatics on another cylinder of paper, with pressesure regulable until 5.000 kg.
It has of accionamiento general with engine of variable speed of 2,5 CV with regulatory team, electronic, that allows to choose the most ideal speed for each class of fabric. This go in in the machine from a desenrollador motorised of variable speed to equalise the tension. To the exit, incorporates a cylinder refrigerador, by means of water circulante.
To complete the installation incorporates an enrollador by contact and, optionally, a plegador to vaivén. The speed of the machine is regulable until 15 m/min.
