The dryer with telera of synthetic fibre IC-Soft is designed for dried of fabrics and gender of point in natural and synthetic fibres.
It has of supercharging formed by a motorised cylinder of speed regulable that allows to deliver the fabric with the degree of feeding wished regarding the speed of the telera transportadora. It incorporates cylinder presor for constant uniformity of the speed of entrance of the gender.
It treats of a telera transportadora motorised by means of engine of c/to and reductor, centrador and detectors to photoelectric cells for the control of the telera.
It is instrumented with camera aerotérmica with circuit of air in recirculation regulable and nozzles soplantes upper and inferior, by means of two electroventiladores centrifuges of 10 CV in each field, that provide a fluid of uniform air that relaxles the fabric.
It endows of thermal sensors isolation with panels built in sheet of ironinging and mineral wool highly anticalóricos.
The filters are extraíbles from the outside for an easy cleaning and lateral doors in each field of hermetical closing. The camera aerotérmica has of upper exits regulables for the extraction equipment equipment of saturated air by means of the shot forced of the electroventilador.
The heating of each field effects with two radiadores of oil or steam, of 130.000 kcal each one.
