Equipment and washing lines: for the preparation of the tissue after printing or dyeing
Noseda, mark represented by Somalla, has developed a complete range of equipment and lines for the preparation and washing after printing and dyeing of fabrics and knitted or crocheted fabrics. Each line can compose according to specific requirements using units with a high degree of standardization.
The team LIE is ideal for impregnating fabrics and dry knit fabrics with high input capacity. The motor cylinders allow supercharge or eating the fabric according to needs. Centering devices can also be assembled directly on the machine. Squeezed fluid can send to download or be recycled in the tub according to the application.
LW completes the process of caustificación and entry into continuous viscose fabrics. Automatic control of tension and working speeds allow supercharge the fabric according to actual needs.
The LMI unit is the most advanced among the machines with hydraulic shock wave. It is excellent for preliminary treatment of descrudado and washing, it causes many entries due to the mechanical action of the waves generated by a rotor capable of generating 6,000 beats per minute.
