Nestlé Chooses openSAFETY like standard of security for machines of packaging

The project has two main aims: in the first place, create a specification for machines of packaging in accordance with the PackML packed in language of machine. PackML Is a guide for open architectures, the modular automation specified by the group of users Omac (Organisation for the automation of machines and of control), whose model of state establishes an integrated system of all the ways of operation in the machines of packaging. With this base, the team will develop the standard libraries for each system of control and will be put to disposal of the manufacturers of machines at the end of the project. Second, Nestlé enters the norm of security based in openSAFETY, that is independent of the controller and of the system of buses, and that allows the free exchange of information related with the security, between the machines and safe systems of different manufacturers.
