If organic peroxides above 5 kg are stored in a company should take into account the following provision:
"The facilities of storages of peroxides organic, existing prior to the date of entry into force of this Royal Decree, or that they were in the process of authorization in the said date, adapted to the requirements of the additional technical instruction MIE APQ-9 within a maximum of five years"from the date of the entry into force. To this end, within the period of six months, counted from the same date (this means that the term concludes on December 18, 2010), will be submitted, before the competent authority of the corresponding Autonomous Community, a project or memory, according to storage capacity", according to what was stated in the supplementary technical instruction MIE APQ-9, which contained the amendments that are going to carry out to adapt the facilities to such supplementary technical education"
