LPFK presents for the first time at the K welding for Microfluidic system
With its system of precision welding laser, presented for the first time in Europe, LPKF extends the field of application of plastics welding by laser. This system has been designed for welding of thin channels required in Microfluidic applications. This general concept has three completely new approaches: the matrix is derived from the MicroLine series, proven in the industry; Active components help to undock the machining of the environment compartment; a new process of laser ('ClearJoining') allows you to weld plastics transparent without any additives; and a new fixing technology compensates for finishing tolerances deriving from previous production stages.
On the other hand, specialists in laser company also presented its wide product portfolio welding units. The Maus represents the autonomous systems. Stand LPKF at the K fair presents a closed version, and a model with a turntable. Integration systems are represented by the LPKF InlineWeld 6200. This model has been optimized for integration within the own customer production lines: with the separation between the welding head and the control unit will reduce its presence in the area of direct production. LPKF InlineWeld 2000 special system shows a modification developed for radial welding. On the other hand, the TwinWeld3D LPKF hybrid welding system is designed for welding of large three-dimensional molded parts. It is ideal for the soldier's high value and economic of visible components. This unit reduces tensions in the workpiece through the generation of a field of heat, not requiring this way subsequent processing steps.
