How delete or minimise the vibrations in machines
The department of Dynamics and Control of IK4-Ideko has dumped all his knowledge in the creation of a Platform of acquisition and processing of signals for machines, designated IKDAS, with the end to offer to the professionals of the workshops a greater knowledge of the world of the vibrations, so that it allow the research of solutions to the problematic derivative of this phenomenon.
IKDAS, that finds in phase of commercialisation, is a portable platform of reduced dimensions and a system of acquisition of signals. The team allows to capture signals of a piezoelectric accelerometer ICP or signals of voltage that can be selectable through a software of acquisition of data to visualise of off-line way the temporary evolution of the signal and realise the pertinent spectral analysis.
The interface of user of the platform is structured in shape of interactive dialogues, what allows a handle agile and simple without the need to have wide technical knowledges for his utilisation. In this way, it considers an ideal tool for diverse works of workshop, like the maintenance, setting, the manufacturing of machines and the resolution of problems of mechanised.
The platform has of ten operative modules with different functionalities: analysis frecuencial, obtaining of natural frequencies and FRF balanced of machine, measurements of vibrations in start 'run up', oscilloscope, analysis of states of threads and mesh, measurement of levels of severity, analysis of orbits, elimination of chatter in milling and analysis of temperatures whose addressees could be all those professionals of workshop, especially, for maintenance, setting and manufacturing of machines. Also it exists the possibility to incorporate possible new modules that develop en el futuro and special developments to measure of the user.
The first module contemplates an analysis frequency, a general application that allows to record patterns that serve of reference for back reviews, so that it can consider like a predictive review of a system. A second application is the obtaining of natural frequencies and FRFs (Frequency Response Function) to obtain Information on the rigidity of the system, very useful, for example, in the setting of the threads in the husillos.
The platform also includes a module of balanced of machine, in which they take in what the dynamic and the static of automatic form, a chamber of oscilospio and a fifth module of measurements of vibrations of start 'nin up'. This last function shows of on-line form the reaction of the frequencies of resonance working to critical speeds. Of this form, can show a picture of the characteristics of vibrations to different speeds observing the behaviour, in addition to allowing determine the critical speeds of twist of a system.
The new product has incorporated a module of elimination of chatter in milling, very useful to solve problems of vibration in mechanised by milling optimising the productivity, since when they produce this type of effects tends to reduce the speed and is possible that the solution was to increase it.
Likewise, incorporates an application of analysis of temperatures in the type of five channels of entrance of data. That is to say, can incorporate until five sensors of temperature in a machine, so that it can fix the time of stabilisation of the same, what results of big interest when it wants to obtain the first good piece in a machine of mechanised.
