Sipro Siax 150
Numerical controls: with CN, PLC and management of integrated screens
The Siax 150 model belongs to the range of numeric Sipro controls developed with PLC, CN and management of integrated and transparent screens.
You can manage 1 to 4 axle and include 4 encóders of 200 kHz + 4 outputs analog 12 bit ±10 V, as well as LCD display 20 x 4, 8 x 40 or 40 x 16 4 x 40 or graphic, backlit with neon or blind version.
With 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, include 8 analog inputs (0 - 5 V, 12-bit) and 2 lines RS 232 (or 1 RS232 and another RS 422) series. Keyboard is thermoforming of 36 keys (customizable 8) and the degree of protection IP 65.
Encóders absolute (1 to 4) 24-bit code Gray or binary, type series SSI 422, includes CAN BUS for digital I/o expansion (maximum 16 modules) and remote keyboard connection series of 45 keys.
These controls include linear interpolation, set of 250 special instructions on positioning, tracking shafts, indexed tables, math functions (arithmetic, logical, trigonometric equations of second grade, etc.), cycles parallel and parametric and programmable display. With complete test options, they have connection modem for remote assistance.
There are also blind version (without display and keyboard) to connect to PC or other graphics terminals.
As options, offering circular interpolation and tangent axis, polar geometry and SCARA, implementation of programmes of 2D and 3D CAD CAM, cam parts electronic, GUI on PC and packaging functions.
