Group Kreyenborg presents in Interplastica efficient technology in filters and pumps

The filtered and transport of plastic melted, as well as the technology of innovation in valves are the speciality of the plant of Group Kreyenborg in Münster, in Renania north-Westfalia (Germany). During the next edition of Interplastica (of the 24 to 27 January in Moscow) the efficient systems will be one of the points of special interest. Besides, BKG Bruckmann & Kreyenborg Granuliertechnik GmbH, represented in Spain by the Catalan signature Coscollola Commercial, will present components for underwater systems of peletización.

For the producers of polymers is interesting the increasing tendency to remplazar the filters of big surfaces in the lines of polymers by cambiadores of screen. This fact has numerous advantages as, for example, the fast change of the half of the filter or the short space of time that the material remains in the cambiador of filters.

In total, the aprovechamiento of the complex of lines grows of considerable way by means of the use of cambiadores of filters. The special filters of the type Poly are available in performances of until 45.000 kilos/hour, in function of the material and of his viscosidad. Already in 2008 Kreyenborg supplied successfully three of these megasistemas for production of PET.
