Barin presents the latest in industrial aspiration

Algete (Madrid), Barin, company presents its new products in the field of industrial aspiration: the new Bell modular FlexHood XL, the new Bureau of suction of dust DraftMax and the new portable container of aspiration, as well as a wide range of arms of aspiration Barin.

The new XL FlexHood of Barin is extended from the extractor of smoke, based on modules, and designed to cover even larger than the standard Bell areas. In applications where cannot be used extraction in origin in robot welding, sawing, cutting and flame cutting, FlexHood is the solution to the extraction of fumes. Manufactured by Plymovent, company specializing in the extraction of welding fumes and oil fog, allows to ensure a working environment safe and healthy for welders and metal workers, to eliminate effectively welding fumes. The flexibility of the design is a great step forward when it comes to logistics handling. The traditional bells are usually bulky and difficult to carry in a factory, especially when these bells should cover larger areas. Flexhood XL version covers up to 30 square metres and uses easy to handle and install onsite modules.

The Bell FlexHood is designed to protect welders, the rest of the staff, machines and work equipment and the ship in general. To ensure a solid construction, the XL version includes reinforcements in the corners. Deviation in the Bell plates control the air flow and reduce the risk of Sparks to reach the filter system. The welding curtains are used to isolate an area of work, stopping the sparks and projections and avoiding to reach the area around the Bell. Flexhood XL has an exclusive and robust design for welding fumes by the entire perimeter of the same. This efficient way of extracting prevents smoke escape zone of welding with side extraction, absorbs the fumes at the edges of the Bell, avoiding that they escape from the sides. With this all the smoke extraction system, Flexhood creates clean air in your working environment. This new extractor can also connect to the range of fans, filters and control equipment that Barin-Plymovent offers the sector to achieve a working environment clean in areas where the fumes from welding or grinding are a danger to workers, along with other solutions of aspiration and filtering of smoke as the articulated arms, tables of suction of dust and fumes in grinding or welding processes, aspiration for fumes from welding directly in torcha or suction of dust from sawing directly in the tool.

The DraftMax tables are a new generation of tables of current descendant to fumes from welding and grinding dust. Especially in the metal industry the risk of exposure to the fumes and dust by the workers is very high. The best option is to remove these pollutants in the area of work aiming them and filter them. New aspiration of Barin-Plymovent tables stand out for their high power of extraction, its reliability and security, as well as a robust design, a surprising low maintenance and a remarkable silence of operation. DraftMax is the ultimate solution to extraction and filtration of welding fumes and dust from sawing, in line with international standards. The system removes dust and smoke through the base of the table, filtered it and returns it clean to the workspace. Thus hazardous fumes and dust are removed from the area of the operator of an immediate. DraftMax can be placed anywhere, even in the cockpit of welding. In the area of filtration, it incorporates two oval long life as well as a retainer of sparks of high efficiency filters. DraftMax is manufactured in different versions according to be connected to a centralized system, in which case it does not incorporate filtration, or for stand-alone systems with filter, with or without backflushing.

Barin has a wide range of arms of aspiration. The articulated arms Barin-Plymovent have been designed to suck up the pollutants at their source: welding fumes, gases, fumes, toxic powders. They allow to position the Bell of aspiration at the point where it is required to eliminate pollution. They can be mounted on ceilings, walls, floors, Rails and combine them with multiple accessories (filters, lighting, etc.). These arms of extraction have been specifically designed to work in environments potentially explosive in zones 1 and 21 in accordance with the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and its standards, rated Group II, category 2 g/D. For hazardous areas the former arms cover the needs in industries and processes with risk of explosion.

The new portable container of aspiration is equipped with a suction system specifically tailored for cleaning in the construction. Its configuration allows to cover the requirements of each client, and may extend or reduce the tomas aspiration on the basis of the needs of each work. The portable container is connected to a system of pipes, temporary or permanent, and is easily transportable to different areas in the zone under construction. This portable container of aspiration, incorporates the new system of energy saving DC Green System, patented by Dustcontrol, which provides a significant energy savings through the control of producers of vacuum. Thanks to the DC Green System, aspiration conforms exactly to the demand.

When there is no open suction Sockets, the producer of vacuum automatically switches to saver mode which power consumption can be reduced up to 90% and increases the life of the equipment. The system turns out to be more reliable than a system of switches. The portable container of aspiration is delivered ready for use. Its operation only need to plug it into the system of pipes and to the electricity grid. The number of pipes will depend on the number of shots of connected to the portable container aspiration. The container includes: a unit of filter, a preseparador, a TPD, the DC Green System and a compressor to generate the air for the cleaning of the filter.
