The company of Elgoibar (Guipúzcoa) Kondia attends a year more to machine tools biennial, which sets its innovations in Hall 1 stand B58. They include the A6-2T machining center and the machine of special functions UTP-150-6A.
A6-2T machining center is a large production center with double spindle work and two changers automatic tools, prepared for the connection of load and automatic discharge systems. With a power of 15 kW spindle, and 14,000 rpm of speed cover an important range of production needs. The cone of the main shaft is ready for the adaptation of double contact tool. Useful courses for 600 x 400 x 500 mm and a maximum weight on the table of 450 kilograms, has some excellent qualities for inclusion in high production lines. Available load and download automatic piece by robot or palletising. Kondia, in addition to the machine itself, offers a comprehensive solution to the process of machining of any component, designing fixtures setting, defining tools and describing of machining processes, delivering a solution to our customers complete machining.
For its part, the special machine UTP-150-6A is composed of 2 separate units, with output of horizontal axis and 3 spindles on each of them, as well as a table with linear displacement servocontrolado on which you want to install the useful workrotating continuous rotation. All axes are servocontrolados. Both the units and the Bureau, are supported on a bench built in cast iron, GG25 quality. The bench incorporates a system of swarf constructed two augers that displace the chip to the extractor placed in the back of the machine. The aforementioned bench has ramps that routed the chip into the Central channels which are the augers. The top of each of the units, houses the sets of main spindle of work, type cartridge. The main shaft is supported by two pairs of bearings of series 70 and 60 mm hole NSK Robust respectively and eighteenth angular contact. The drive's heads is done directly through coupling and controlled by a variable frequency drive.
