Controlpack presents its solutions for the protection of parts

Controlpack participates in the current edition of the BIEMH to show some of the latest developments related to the container and the packaging. Following the company Tarraconensis continues with its commitment to maintain itself at the forefront in research and innovation in the technological processes of the sector and will show some of the latest technological innovations that help customers improve their processes in line endings and therefore, costs.

Thus, anticorrosive packaging, Controlpack has expanded its range of products with the Netnocor, a protective liquid that is applied to the metal parts and protects against corrosion during the processes of manufacture and transport. This liquid is mixed with water to the submersion of metal parts and provides a minimum 2 weeks of protection. As well as being totally safe for materials and operators, it is respectful with the environment.

On the other hand, Controlpack also features at the show a wide range of products manufactured with technology VCI. The company, official distributor of VCI2000 in Spain, has managed a significant improvement in production systems with these materials to obtain better manufacturing costs. The VCI is evaporated the plastic or paper and place it on metal surfaces forming a protective molecular layer. This material migrates to the most remote corners of a piece and prevents moisture, salt, dirt, oxygen or other corrosive materials from reaching the metal surface. Once extracted from the packaging, the piece does not need treatment to remove the layer as it evaporates and disperses in the air. The VCI is respectful with the environment and eliminates the need to use oils and fats to prevent corrosion, thus avoiding the toxic waste that they originate. The material is made with entirely organic materials and does not represent a danger for persons.
