Rösler presents the latest in tire surface finish at BIEMH 2010

Rösler International GmbH & Co. KG, specialised in the production of installations of treatments of surface, machines of granallar, lines of conservation and painting, wash and degrease industrial as well as technology of finishing of metals and other components like the deburring, decapado, desarenado, polishing and polished, among others, attends to the BIEMH 2010 with several solutions like the new system of rotary presses vibrator FBA 24 Turbo, that allows a spectacular finished mirror of wheel rims of aluminium and an increase of the performance until 120% in front of other conventional machines. The visitors to the fair will be able to know this machine in his stand.

The quality of the surface of the aluminum wheels finished standards, especially in regards to the luster, has increased significantly in recent years. This applies both to manufacturers of tires and for which recover them as well as tuning shops. The new finishing systems are equipped with sophisticated controls, as for example, allow the start of the process during the night without presence of the operator.

Compared with conventional dual-engine machines, the FBA 24 model, specially developed for the finish of wheels, increases performance up to 120%. The set of machine, composite and abrasive polishing and shining make possible this excellent performance.

Regardless of the conditions of surface of used tires, the parameters of the process of pre-pulido, polished and shining in the FBA 24 Turbo can be prefixed so that it ensures the desired highly glossy surface finish. Robust vibrating motor, due to its variable speed of rotation, can be adapted to any work with virtually any geometry of the tires that are available in the market.

Rösler not only offer equipment to better performance, but it also offers consumables polishing and shining as well as compounds developed and manufactured by them. These products have been designed so that they reach a high-performance considering also the environment. For example, its compounds allow recycling of process water, as which not only is respectful with the environment, but that also involves considerable cost savings.

For new tires manufactured in large volumes, the 24 FBA is exclusively used for the process of polishing thin and polished. The previous pre-pulido of the wheels is performed in the finishing system Plunge patented by Rösler, (usually in 30-50 minutes)

Rösler offers the possibility of testing with the 24 FBA in its facilities. In addition, Rösler can also offer solutions for large 24-inch wheels.
