Renishaw invests in Delcam £ 6.1 million

On April 23, the shareholders of Delcam accepted, by ballot, an investment of about 6.1 million pounds of metrology, Renishawcompany. The investment is carried out through the subscription of 1.524.052 ordinary shares at £ 4.00 per share, which represents 20 percent of the enlarged capital of Delcam. Renishaw and Delcam have worked together for many years, sharing common interests in the fields of engineering and metrology, and have an extensive network of customers worldwide.
