New opportunities of control of processes for machines-tool CNC of high value

The system Sprint of Renishaw incorporates a new generation of technologies of analog exploration in machine, that suppose a deep change in the advantages of the control of processes and allow to capture of fast and precise form data of profile and forms in prismatic components and forms 3D complex.

The automatic routines, like the adjustment, the alignment and the exploration of the álabe, as well as the collected of data, produce some results of precision and some considerable improvements in the length of the cycles in the systems of shot by contact.

For applications of mechanised multitarea, the system of exploration in Machine-Tool Sprint offers to the user some functions of control of processes entirely new, included the cycles of measurement of diameters repetible. By means of the comparison with a model of reference or master piece, the system Sprint turns into an active ‘control' that allows to automate the processes of mechanised to measure for precise diameters in big pieces. This capacity allows to control automatically the size of the diameters to few micras of tolerance.
