Dehumidifier wheel Drymax Aton, combines the advantages of a high energy efficiency with constant dew point. Dryer manages to meet these very contradictory requirements through the structure of the wheel as well as thanks to a patented mode of operation, the EcoMode.
Wittmann drying wheel consists of a series of Chambers that contain molecular sieve-free build-up. This design explains the energy-efficient, since strong molecular sieve air circulation allows greater energy and heat transfer. On the contrary, honeycomb wheels consist of linear blades which applies the Blotter, but from the point of view of design, only a low air circulation is achieved. For this reason energy consumption is higher than their capacity to generate drying air.
Depending on the degree of filling of the dehumidifier, the Drymax Aton works in constant wheel mode or the energetically preferred mode with "almost-2-filters", i.e. the EcoMode. Hot air capacity reaches 120 m³/h, with what can perform any configuration of dryer compact stating from 1, 2 or 3 drying hoppers. Dew point in virtually all weather conditions reaches a value of - 40 ° C (-40F) to - 60 ° C.
