Transport of granules of plastic
The process of aspiración and transport of the granules of plastic is simple, with low technological content. Under this approach, have to consider so much the characteristics, different for each type of granule - such like specific weight, fragility, contained in dust, geometrical form- as the length of the distance to cover. These differences can be seen during the transport and suppose distinct behaviours of agreement to the typology of the granule in concrete. Moretto Has developed a system, CruiseKontrolle that, optimises the parameters of transport specifying simply:
- Type of material to transport.
- Number of machines to feed.
Only with these two data, CruiseKontrolle creates the most adapted profile for each one of the materials, independently of the distance or weight of the transport of the pipes.
The peculiarities of this system have supposed a big advantage: the total absence of dust, in addition to lower usury of the pipes and the elimination of the phenomenon “Peel of Ángel”.
CruiseKontrolle Is adapted to direct the different areas in a plant of transport, so alone with an aspirador generator.
In the transformation of technical polymers, this new system results irreemplazable and very simple to handle. It comes instrumented with dynamic structure, the indicators come in standard “equipment” and will be sufficient to combine the matter to the machines with the end to obtain the suitable transport to a stable speed. A screen of tactile control facilitates this operation. Particularly, in systems of disks of optical production, this discovery offers an exclusive and inimitable qualitative advantage.
