Team for weighing static and dynamic: with computer for the acquisition of the data
Developed to weigh vehicles in movement, the portable station UCC3 is the combination of a system of weighing of high speed (1.000 measures by second on 16 bits) with a computer for the acquisition of the data. The intelligent card of measure that contains the small cabinet, BRS/N, provides a better precision that 0.1% to the high speed of 1.000 measures by second. The computer of acquisition of data precarga with the software of acquisition of data DYN-Scale.
The system of weighing is calibrated in manufactures individually platform by platform with masses approved officially by the National Office of Metrology (Captels is proprietary of “Primary Masses of Reference”).
The altitude and the local gravity of the place of destination are also configured in factory, although they can adjust in destination. Once installed in place, do not need modifications in the calibración. The system of weighing static/dynamic is immediately operational. Anytime it can be verified using masses pattern or similar.
The system of weighing with computer classifies the vehicles by categories in function of the number of axles, compares the weights measured with the weights authorised by the valid regulation of weights and dimensions, elaborates automatically the sanction, taking into account the exceptions or peculiarities established in the regulation, for each vehicular configuration, such like type of suspension or of tyres, roads, etc.
