System of gestión of the encuadernación: it allows to program and control the equipment of graphic finishings
The Japanese signature Horizon, commercialised in Spain by OPQ Systems, has developed pXnet, a system of gestión of the encuadernación that allows to program and control the equipment of graphic finishings from a central computer, as well as his connection to the flow of work JDF.
The pXnet is a system of automation and control of all the equipment Horizon of encuadernación: guillotines, folding machines, trains of grapa, binding machines and trilaterales. The system composes of a central computer, from where send the works to each team of finishing. From this computer, monitor the tasks sent, being able to have information in real time of the state in that it finds the production of each work sent, the identification of the operario that is realising the thrown, as well as other notable data as, for example the hour of start, production, mermas or unemployments. The system pXnet can connect directly to the flow of work JDF, integrating of this way the pre-impressesion, the impressesion and the finishing in an alone flow, with what saves time, delete errors and optimises the production.
The system pXnet, allows to increase the production and the efficiency to those customers that change with some frequency of works. The profits of the implantation of the system pXnet are:
