Circutor Synchro Max PID

Sincronoscopio: to synchronise the generator of power to the network

Picture of Sincronoscopio
The sincronoscopio Synchro Max PID of Circutor is a relay of synchronism with control PID that uses to synchronise the generator of hydroelectric power (turbine + alternator) to the electrical network.

Between his main characteristic stands out the possibility of adjust digital (without potentiometers that enter too error) of the maximum difference of tensions (network-generator) and of the maximum difference of frequencies.

Besides, it can realise a perfect synchronisation in phase since it is possible to program him the delay in the contactor, so that it take into account said delay to the hour to synchronise.

It has of ROCOF (Ratio Of Change Of Frequency), that blocks the team when the frequency of the generator is the sufficiently unstable and generates an alarm, and realises the internal comparison of the tension of the generator and of the network, without need of external comparators.

Also it offers visualisation of Vgen, Vred, Fgen, Fred, etc. and realises Control PID for the synchronisation. It has of 30 leds to show with precision the difference of phase.

The difference between a sincronoscopio normal and the Synchro Max PID is that the first gives a train of pulses that accelerates or desacelera the generator to realise the synchronisation. In the model PID, is exactly the same, but working with the typical curve PID so that at the beginning it accelerates a lot the speed of the generator and to measure that is arriving to the speed wished, begins to brake it gradually until arriving exactly to the point of synchronisation, like this avoids accelerate and desacelerar, and the synchronisation is much faster.
