Sensors of compact hygiene: with possibility to mount them in unseen position
The sensors without contact of the series BNS 36, of Schmersal, are indicated to detect and control the position of resguardos, since they offer important advantages with regard to the switches of conventional hygiene, as his compact size, his immunity to the dirt and the possibility to mount them in an unseen position. Besides, this series incorporates additional functions like curves of accionamiento optimised and some greater distances of conmutación.
With an extremely compact size (25 mm of width, 88 mm of long and 13 mm of high), can integrate easily in the structural elements of the surroundings, even in resguardos very small and in conditions desfavorables. The magnet actuator encoded minimises the risk of manipulation. It exists a special version of actuator for applications that require the positioning of the sensor in an angle of 90°. The slots of setting allow an easy and precise adaptation of the position of the sensor and the actuator.
In spite of his compact size, the series BNS 36 offers a distance of conmutación very considerable (Sao = 7 mm, Sar = 17 mm), so that it allows one some tolerance in the construction of the carcasa of the machine and the protect. Also it stands out the big tolerance to the misalignment of the sensor: if the distance between the sensor and the actuator is of 4 mm, the horizontal and vertical misalignment tolerated between the centres of the components rises to ± 6 mm, without that the function of hygiene of the series BNS 36 see affected.
In the practice, this means that the BNS 36 tolerates widely the misalignment of the door of the protect, that often is unavoidable. In this way it increases the productivity of the machine and avoid the times of inactividad derived of the interruption of the circuit of hygiene, what is an advantage of the sensors of hygiene in general and of the ones of the series BNS 36 in particular.
Regarding the contacts of hygiene, can choose between the combination of contacts 1 NA / 1 NC and 2 NC. The sensor connects by means of a wire melted to pressesure or a connector M8 integrated cheese cheese. In addition to the sensor with integrated cheese cheese function of indication by means of LED in the carcasa, exists also a version with contact of signaling.
