Punch presseses: it ensures the alineación and distance between centres of holes
The machine Cougar 110 2HI characterises by the possibility of punzonar at the same time two holes in the wings of profiles with form of ‘T', double ‘T' or ‘H'. The cabezal of punzonado has of two carry-punchers regulables and the basic matrix has a specific design that allows to happen to the inferior wings of the profiles and at the same time support the upper in a carry-double matrix. The distance between holes (minimum of 32 mm and maximum of 123) is regulable, through a simple system of husillos.
This system aventaja to the traditional punzonado simple since it ensures a correct alineación and distance between centres of the holes.
