Numerical control: for the management of one to four axes
The standard version of the numerical control Siax 200, Sipro, company represented by BTB Enginyeria Electrònica Industrial, S.L., allows the management of one to four axles. With feedback by incremental or absolute encoder, the slogan of tension is ±10 V. adds PLC to management of 16 digital inputs/outputs, graphical LCD display backlit for neon (16 x 40 characters) and two-line serial RS232 or 422. The Thermo keyboard consists of 36 keys; 8 customizable function keys.
Optionally your hardware can rejoining four analog inputs, outputs for remote keyboard, external floppy, stepper motor and "Can't Open" expansion of analog/digital inputs/outputs.
The software is for the management of any kind of monitoring, with linear interpolation up to four axes, 250 special instruction in addition to positioning, and parallel and parametric cycles set. It offers tracking shafts, indexed tables, mathematics (arithmetic, trigonométricoa, roots, comparisons), management of 20 origins, programmable graphic display, full test of the peripheral and modem connection.
The software options include circular, helical interpolation, circutor tangent axis or plane change; polar geometríca and SCARA; implementing continuous paths point to point; rotation of the plane; reading of CAD/CAM programs; cams classified and/or digital management; Special functions with interruptions or packaging, etc.
