Module of communication: to connect stations of writing/reading RFID
The division Industry Automation of Siemens has developed a module of communication to connect stations of writing/reading RFID (identification by radiofrecuencia). The module designated Simatic RF182C applies preferably in machinery, systems of transport, lines of setting of the industry of the car and his providers as well as in small lines of setting. The product is thought for the communication Ethernet using the protocol TCP/IP and complements the already available range for Profibus and Profinet.
The module of communication Simatic RF182C is ideal for all the stations of writing/reading of all the systems RFID with exception of Moby R. His high degree of protection, IP67, allows to install it, out of the cupboard, on foot of the process; the connection by connectors, a set up faster. To the basic module can connect in parallel until two stations of writing/reading RFID. Three different blocks of connection allow to integrate the RF182C in the field, to election with connectors RJ45 type push-pull, M12, 7/8 inches and 5 poles or 7/8 inches and 4 poles. Programmable with commandos standard XML, the modulate Simatic RF182C, allows to integrate easily the module of communication in systems to base of PC or connect it to controllers or usual automatons in the market. Like the parameters for Ethernet are saved in the block of connection, the user can replace easily the basic module without need to interrupt the network.
