Marker of errors: it signals the principle and the end of the defective stretch
OPQ Systems Commercialises the system of labeling of errors RTIS-2 manufactured by Vacuumatic. The system RTIS-2 allows to stick a label to mark the principle and the end of a defective stretch in a coil of paper.
It composes of a cabezal that incorporates a thermal sensors printer, as well as a box dispersora of manual labels. The system RTIS-2 works jointly with the devices of detection of error already installed in the machines of coil.
The operation is very simple: when the system of detection of errors, detects a failure, sends the signal to the cabezal RTIS-2, which prints a code in function of the failure detected and sticks a label to signpost the failure. Of this way the coils finished have marked the principle and the end of the defective stretches as well as the type of failure that the stretch presents.
