Manufacturing of requests: by means of the system “picking to light”
Formopick Is the system of manufacturing of requests designed by Móstoles Industrial based in the system “picking to light”. This system consists in networks of displays luminous with pulsadores of validation and of update.
Formopick Allows to visualise numerical messages of until four digits, in the displays placed in the leading part of a dynamic shelving. The figure indicated is the number of units that it is necessary to take of the placed reference in the row of the display. Once realised in picking, validates the operation pressesing the corresponding button.
The operation of the system controls by PC from which commands the lit and turned off of the displays.
The main advantage of these systems is that it avoids the use of papers, avoiding errors, and facilitates the information and the organisation. Besides, it is a system modulate that it adapts to the needs of the customers.
