Dragon Fly Is a manipulador pneumatics devoted to the installation in inyectoras of rubber until 400 t. Dragon Fly Allows the separation of the product finished and of the corresponding rebabas by means of brushed. This operation manages by two vertical axles with pneumatics movements, instrumented in his extremes with a brush rotante.

The cycle of work foresees also the use of a valve of air for the cleaning of the mould.

The brushed and the blown can be oriented, by means of the two vertical axles, so much to the fixed dish as to the mobile dish of the inyectora. This manipulador is endowed of console of programming with display touch-screen; the user can realise of a simple and immediate form cycles of work by means of functions that allow:

- descent of the vertical axles (approximation to the dishes of the mould by means of mechanical regulations);

- regulation speed of descent of the vertical axles;

- programming of the speed of rotation of the brushes;

- selection of the sense of rotation of the brushes;

- activation of the brushes, of the valves of air or of both devices;

- second descent of the vertical axles for cleaning of the mould by means of valves of air
