The manipulador Power Tech is adapted for the handle of all type of product of easy and safe form with the end to avoid labour accidents because of the wrong manipulation and/or weighed of loads. Of envergadura reduced is flexible in the system of prey of the product, programmable, swift and precise in the movements.
The manipulador Power Tech Food consists of a column fixed to the paving and of an upper arm that broken 360° by means of cojinetes. The promotion and descent of the arm is controlled by the operator through a botonera. The manoeuvre realises by means of an engine without brushes so that it provides a low electrical consumption and a high speed of until 1,5 m/s.
The machine is very versatile and covers a wide zone of work, since it has of until four points of rotation, in function of the needs of the customer.
It is possible to program heights of fixed work by means of the PLC incorporated or leave leeway to the operarios in function of the exigencias of the line of production. The mobile organs of the machine are covered with the intention to avoid accidents and the accumulation of dirt. Optimum for his utilisation in alimentary environingingment.
