Machine formadora of brochettes: productivity, efficiency, quality and hygiene
The model Sm3000 of VN, offered by Cosuame, is an automatic machine designed for the production of brochettes and pinchos of meat, fish, fruit, etc. Obtain brochettes of different formats with widths (14-30 mm) and long (60-160 mm) variable. With a same machine can produce several formats. Depending of the format, the production can oscillate between 4.000 and 7.000 brochettes/hour.
The machine Sm3000 uses moulds of own design, built entirely in plastic material adapted to the contact with alimentary substances, to fill up with the product to process.
The machine formadora of brochettes Sm3000 composes of two stations of work where realizar different operations. First the introduction of the sticks, whose insertion produces of automatic form, with a constant and uniform pressesure, avoiding the break of sticks. Afterwards, it realizar the cut of the product with a battery of sharp blades of appropriate form, realizar a precise and uniform cut.
The operario has to realizar manually the delivery and transfer between the two stations of work.
