Installations: for painted and industrial finishing
The superficial treatments applied to all type of pieces are necessary in any process of manufacture, to surpass the controls of quality to that subjects any product. In many of them take part one or more treatments, which can be: of cleaning or superficial manufacturing, to finish with some type of coating, painting or barniz that serve of distinction, decorative appearance, protection against the wear, increase of the properties of the pieces in front of the oxidation by humidity, fog saltworks to the contact with acids, sequipment, etc.
To realise these functions employ a wide range of installations that can be static or continuous, whose applications more usual are: degrease, fosfatar, enjuagar, glaze, paint and dry all type of pieces, well are metallic, plastic or any another material, with paintings epoxi, with aqueous base or with dissolvent. For his application aerográfica or electroestática in liquid, in dust, in tubs of fluent mulch, for plastificados, rilsanizados, etc.
The basic equipment for the treatment and finishing of surfaces, applicable to all type of industries, basically, are: washing machinees, painting booths, drying ovens, carriers and complementary equipment like robots, recuperadores, cyclones, etc.
