Bautermic Manufactures industrial washing machinees multifunción designed to treat all type of pieces of bar-cutting, mechanised, forged or stuffed, small and big, with simple or complex forms, loaded with high levels of impurities, dust, fats, oils, shavings, etc...
These machines operate by aspersión of liquids desengrasantes, with systems of fixed showers or mobile and to different pressesures, also work by immersion with or without application of ultrasounds and agitation of the load, depending of the degree of dirt of the same or when the geometry of the pieces to degrease was very irregular.
These machines can be static, linear, rotary presses, of drum, etc... They are prepared to realise different superficial treatments: programs of wash, cleared, pasivado, fosfatado, dried, etc… All this in the same machine with different cycles or stages, without need to have to manipulate the pieces during the intermediate processes.
They build with thermal sensors and acoustic insulation, go instrumented with automatic levels of replacement, vacuums of vahos, desaceitadores, filters, dosificadores of detergents, ultrasounds and other complementos with the end to achieve a greater ease of manoeuvre, a big saving in hand of work, a lower consumption of power and very little expense in cleaning products.
