Bautermic, S.A. manufactures a wide range of static or continuous stoves with recirculation forced of air, for diverse types of treatments, eat: dried, polimerizados, deshidrogenados, desgasificados, aging accelerated, thermal sensors treatments, stabilised, revenidos, distensionados, relieved of tensions, dilatation for encasquillar, etc.
These stoves are built by modules of sheet folded with reinforcements and fillings of ceramic fibre, of variable thicknesses in function of the temperature of work. The habitáculo of warming is to the level of work, for the introduction of the loads by means of baskets, trays, trucks or miscellaneous supports. The half calefactor situates in the lateral zones or top, that depending of the model can be one of these three systems: 1- electrical Battery of high performance. 2- tubular Battery (exchanger) for thermal sensors fluids, steam, oil, etc. 3- Camera of direct or indirect combustion to gas or to diesel.
It was cual was the system calefactor, guarantees a big uniformity of temperature in all the useful enclosure of warming. These ovens can manufacture in all the dimensions that require the customer and with all type of controls and registers, to guarantee the correct treatment that have to realise. Also they manufacture static or continuous ovens until 1.200 °C.
