Hydraulic bending machine: with three driven rollers and dual independent regulation
The hydraulic bending machine model Alfa PQI 150 to Tauring, company marketed by machinery Curvaser, incorporates three driven rollers and dual independent regulation.
The central roller is in a fixed position while the lateral rollers glide on rectilinear guides through two hydraulic cylinders of long career. The geometry of this machine allows bending not only profiles of large but also small with curved spokes greatly reduced.

The body of the machine is welded steel in a single block with the chassis to ensure a greater robustness. Control management is done via PLC and counts are centralized greasing installation. The cooling of the oil is made by heat exchanger for running water with thermostat of opening and closing of flow.
