Picture of Hybrid systems of elevation
Elevation StitchLiner system is a hybrid between traditional gathering in cutsheet systems and systems of stapling to stand with trilateral Court.

The StitchLiner provides many advantages over conventional elevation systems and of stapling to stand, among them:-practically instantaneous changes of format, in less than 2 minutes the team is ready for a new job.

-It allows you to bind up to 50 sheets, 200 pages.

-Not necessary to fold to boost.

+ Important cost savings in equipment does not need the folder - ldeal for printing on 50 x 70 and 35 X 50. For the equipment to print 50 x 70, it only needed a cut cruz to load the collators. 35 X 50 format, this is the format that accepts the StitchLiner, so the printed paper in the trays of the collators can be loaded directly.

-It also very useful in digital printing, thanks to digital feeder Horizon HOF-20/30 which can be supplied printed paper already paged thanks to its reader mark start and end of magazine.

-The StitchLiner performs split on all sheets before being folded.

-You can bind with flaps on the decks or in the Central pages.

-Performs double production in formats of up to 155 mm (cabeza-pie).

You can make up to 4 holes in the back, ideal for catalogues. You can save the passage of the drilling out of line.

-You can insert up to 4 sheets (coupons response, flyers, etc) on the inside of the magazine after the trilateral cut.

The StitchLiner can bind with staple (staple flat or omega) with a speed of up to 6000 journals/hour.Once the magazines or catalogues are stapled passed to the trilateral transportation section, where a sensor system is responsible for checking that the magazines/catalogues are well folded without the dreaded "ears".Once the magazines or catalogues are stapled passed to the trilateral transportation section, where a sensor system is responsible for checking that the magazines/catalogues are well folded without the dreaded "ears".and split ACF-30, section of stapling to Ridge is the modern SPF-30S which is equipped with two heads of stapling plane, extendable to two more either staple flat or omega. The SPF-30S, has a detector team of stapling, where coils of wire has finished the StitchLiner will stop reporting the incidence on the touch screen.

Once the magazines or catalogues are stapled passed to the trilateral transportation section, where a sensor system is responsible for checking that the magazines/catalogues are well folded without the dreaded "ears". Once the magazine arrive at the section cutting these return to be recorded and are made three cuts. After the trilateral cut, magazines are delivered to the outfeed conveyor, where can be separated by lots, to be thus easily put in boxes.

Under option, you can connect a train's shrink and an inkjet printer ink to personalize the magazines or catalogues.

The StitchLiner is a very easy to use fully automatic system. It is only necessary to introduce the measure of the role on the screen and the type of work to perform. All adjustments are made automatically. This gives the team a high speed of adjustment as well as an easy to use. The StitchLiner has 999 memory locations, where you can store different jobs.
