Heated of pieces: in continuous or of intermittent way
Bautermic Presents a solution to heat pieces in continuous or of intermittent way, using the minimum space and hand of work, with stoves of until 500 °C, or with ovens of until 1.200 °C; both with rotary presses systems for the traslación of the load.
The main advantage of this rotary presses system is that the pieces to treat can be loaded and downloaded of manual form or automated in a same point of work, by what these machines can be attended by an alone operario, or by a manipulador.
Precisely these types of ovens, for having of a platform of horizontal load that is rotary presses, are very compact, by what occupy very little space.
His cycle of work consists in situating the load to treat, on the same circular platform, which when going turning moves the pieces by the zone of heating of a continuous way with possibility to vary the speed, or turn signal with a step by step temporizado, until finalising the type of treatment wished.
At the end of the distance inside or out of the oven, can incorporate a zone of cooling, if this was necessary.
