Fixed system for weighing dynamic: of vehicles of load
The fixed scale to the step R 125 is constituted basically by a metallic frame of 3,00 m wide x 0,95 m long (in the sense of the course) that beds in the concrete, on which supports the platform of weighing of 2,85 m wide x 0,75 m long through 4 cells of load of high precision. The nominal load of calibración of the scale is of 20 t by axis, being able to weigh until 30 t by axis, with a capacity of overloads of until 36 t by axis.
The speeds of optimum circulation are between 3 and 8 km/h, being 5 km/h the speed advised. A bow inductivo surrounds the scale and allows to separate some vehicles of others, through the interface of control UCC2 installed in a cabinet near of the scale.
The cells of load are soldered, tight and herméticamente sealed, with degree of estanqueidad IP68 according to DIN 40050 (better equivalent to NEMA 6P) and are approved by the Or.I.M.L. With the certificate R60/2000-NL1-04.09.
