Feeder of wheel rims: automatic
The group ALRS has been designed for the automatic feeding of flat bars on the station of cizallado of the models Hydracrop.
This unit consists of roller of drag activated by engine of continuous current and controlled through the numerical control Fagor 102 S. The llanta is subject by presor hydraulics, guided by fixed rollers and rollers guides regulables through the husillo activated by manual steering wheel. The material displaces on the bed of free rollers of 6 m of long.
The quality of cut of the llanta is guaranteeed by the machines Hydracrop of recognised prestige.
The traditionally engorrosa operation of push manual of the material until his positioned, remains totally deleted with the consequent economy of time and substantial increase of productivity and precision.
The speed of trip is programmable and allows to reach until 18 m/minute. The measurement realises by means of encoder of contact being the precision of positioning of 0,2 mm/m.
The system allows the feeding of wheel rims from 40 until 600 mm of width with a maximum length of 7 m. Besides, by means of the utilisation of tables of additional free rollers can feed bars of any largura (maximum weight 600 kg).
The programming is simple and the control has of several fields to enter distinct long to cut, with his respective quantities.
